Daugherty Thanksgiving 2010....

We spent two days with Payton's family during the Thanksgiving holiday.  Here are some pictures from that visit.

Thanksgiving Treats....

Lauren, like the rest of us, had too many sweets at Thanksgiving!  Here she is enjoying her treats!

Lauren was so excited to help Grammie Tammie and Big Pop make cupcakes and cookies and pies in the kitchen this Thanksgiving! Lauren even got her own little chef hat and apron!

Her First Nativity Set....

Last Christmas, WAY before Lauren was born, Grammie Tammie found a nativity set for kids!  During Thanksgiving, Lauren got to play with her nativity set and she LOVED it!  Of course, it didn't stay looking like a nativity set for long!  Here are a few pictures of her playing with her new toy!

Chillin' In My Chair....

While watching Classical Baby this afternoon, Lauren positioned herself in her chair to make herself more comfortable!  She sat with her legs crossed and then with her leg on the arm of the chair for awhile!  Although not very lady-like, it was really cute!

Let's Eat....

We went to dinner with our friends Tiffany and Justin (and their son Zach who is Lauren's boyfriend!!!) on Friday night!  Lauren loves to grab the silverware off the table and this was no exception!  Here she is, fork and spoon in hand, ready to EAT!

Busy, Busy, Baby Girl....

Lauren is all about exploring!!!  Her latest exploration included moving her xylophone/piano in front of the entertainment center, standing on it, and peeking over the top of the cabinet.  She also tried to pull the cameras off the DVR box all while using the baby proof siding as a chew toy!!!

Watching Classical Baby on her Boppy.  I positioned her much better (and more comfortable) but she wouldn't stay still and wanted to lay this way--tummy out, hands up, and legs moving!

Daddy/Daughter Day....

Autumn and I went to the Nutcracker Market on Saturday so Payton and Lauren had Daddy/Daughter Day!  I put Lauren in bed with Payton right before we left and tried to get a good picture of the start of their day together.  Unfortunately, Payton had just woken up and Lauren looks more excited for their day than Payton!  All in all, they had a great day together and she was pretty tuckered out when we got back so she must have played hard!

She loves her Daddy!!!  Such a sweet smile!

Sleeping Senorita Con Grande Bow....

We went to lunch at Manuel's on Sunday and Lauren was a little sleeping senorita for most of lunch.  Of course, she was a little sleeping senorita con grande bow (how do you say bow in Spanish???) during lunch.  One must always sleep in style!

And then she woke up, grabbed the bow right off her head and put it straight in her mouth!

New Bow....

Lauren had a little cold so we took her to the doctor!  Don't worry--it was just the sniffles!  Because she was so good at the doctor, I bought her a new bow (or as I told Payton, it was a "gift").  Here's Lauren at CVS, waiting to get flu shots (just for me and Autumn, not Lauren yet), wearing her new bow!
