20 Weeks Down....

20 to go!

Here I am at 20 weeks pregnant during the Thanksgiving Holiday!

It's A....

GIRL!!!

On November 18th we went to the doctor and found out that our little "Baby Jelly Bean" is a GIRL! We are so excited! Let the smocked dresses, bows, and pink, pink, pink shopping spree begin!!! We also found out that our little baby girl is growing like a weed and is checking out just fine!

As for a name, we really didn't debate very long on this one! We're naming her Lauren (after Lawrence Payton) and Diane (my middle name)--so Lauren Diane Daugherty!

Our Own Little Tax Deduction....

The due date has changed several times, but our official due date is APRIL 15th (Tax Day)! We've affectionately been referring to our little "Baby Jelly Bean" as our own little tax deduction!

Looking Like a Real Baby....

We went back to the doctor around 10 weeks and were amazed to see that our "Baby Jelly Bean" has started to look like a real baby! The baby was kicking and moving around on the sonogram screen and here is the picture of our little baby!

An Expanding Family...

Our lives were forever changed on August 9, 2009--we found out we are expecting a baby! Watching the baby grow on the sonograms has been a really fun experience. We've seen our "Baby Jelly Bean" go from a little blur, to a little blob! Here are a couple pictures of "Baby Jelly Bean" growing and growing!!!

Around 6 weeks--just a little blur on the screen!

Around 8 weeks--just a little blob on the screen!

Johnny-Come-Latelys...

Well, Payton and I decided to jump on this blog bandwagon to keep the world (or mostly our family and friends) updated on our lives! More to come soon!
